Villages of Urbana Art Program

I’m really excited to be hosting a free drawing workshop this Saturday, May 9th, at the Natelli Center (right at 9023 Harris Street, Frederick, MD 21704). If you’ve been looking for a reason to pick up a pencil and just clear your head for a bit, this is definitely for you.

We’re going to be breaking things down step-by-step, so please don't worry about your "skill level." I'm a big believer in the "growth mindset"—basically, it’s more about the process and having fun than making a "perfect" masterpiece.

There are two 90-minute sessions between 10am and 2pm. It’s totally free for VOU residents and I’m bringing all the supplies (pencils, Sharpies, etc.), so you just have to show up. We have a limit of 40 people per class to keep things comfortable, so head over to villagesofurbana.net to sign up and snag a spot.
