Illustrating Silent Nightmares: "We Have Always Been Red"

Here is yet another drawing—this is my last drawing post before the big day on September 29 before the book officially drops from Saga Press!

This piece is for "We Have Always Been Red" by Annie Neugebauer. Annie is such a great writer and I look forward to reading all her books. The story follows a desperate survivor in a plague-ridden winter who seeks out a rumored forest doctor, only to realize the "doctor" is Death incarnate.
