Designing Epic Heroes: Upcoming Warrior Manga Workshops in Howard County

I’m heading over to the Howard County Library System this month for two teen manga drawing workshops. We’ll be building original legendary heroes from scratch.

If you have a teen who wants to learn character design, we will break down dynamic poses, battle gear, and the secrets to making characters look ready for an epic adventure.

Here are the dates and locations for the two sessions:

Warrior Manga Style Art Workshop (Ages 11–18)

Tuesday, May 19 (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM) | Savage Branch (9525 Durness Lane, Laurel, MD)
Thursday, May 28 (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM) | East Columbia Branch (6600 Cradlerock Way, Columbia, MD)

We go step-by-step through the layout process. Registration is required and stays open right up until the start of the event.
